all our fins are produced in handmade pre-preg technology. this is the only way to get the best performance next to the smallest tolerances. not a secret that sometimes two similar fins can feel different, but this gives you the opportunity to test out the best one that is the fastest for you.

currently available two different models of formula fins marked as ZF and ZFW. the most loved model so far is the ZF that we have sold about 90% over past 2 seasons. ZFW was born in summer 2013 and the main idea was to produce wide tip fin for a boards that needs this for easy railing. also the profile of the ZFW is different (more efficient according to computer simulation).

visually the ZF has narrow tip and ZFW has wide tip. the wetted area for ZF2 is more or less equal with ZFW0

by default the standard stiffness is S- (means extra soft). this stiffness fin we have sold about 70% over past couple of seasons.

S (soft) is what sometimes bigger and heavier guys prefer for smaller sizes (around 68cm).

S – - (double minus, means extra-extra soft) is the product, that we started to offer from June 2012 and it becomes more and more popular. The wind range of our formula fins is huge. Basically you can use one fin for all conditions and still be very-very competitive. This is the main advantage for choosing our product.

formula fins available from 67cm. The normal length is 70cm. The tip cut gives an extra power for the fin and we can produce the fins that have even 5cm tip cut (this is the 75cm blade, cut minus 5cm from tip. The tip is wider, more powerful now.

letters in front – the model ZF or ZFW

next number(s) – length in cm 68=68cm: 0=70cm; 1=71cm blade, that have minus 1cm tip cut; 2=72cm blade that have minus 2cm tip cut etc..

then follows stiffness.

for example: ZF2 S – - this is ZF model blade, length 70cm, with tip cut minus 2cm. stiffness extra-extra soft (S doube minus).

warranty for S and S- stiffness lasts 12 months. for S – - the warranty is 6 months. starts 10 days after we ship the fin from production.

for ordering the fin, You just need to send us e-mail to we will tell you all about estimated delivery time, payment and shipping process.

due to quite big tolerances in board production we are producing the finhead 1/10 mm bigger than the board hole. this means, that first time you are using your fin, you probably need to sand the finhead until it fits correctly into the box. if you sand it too less and start tightening the screws too early you can easily broke you finhead and this is not covered with 1y or 6m warranty.
